The Loan Process: Four Steps
No doubt, a lot involved when you get a mortgage. You wouldn't be visiting our website if you could fill out a one-page loan app and receive an excellent loan funded the same day. We do most of the heavy lifting for you, so you can concentrate on what's important — preparing to move into your new home or saving money.
Step One: Determine how much you can borrow
A couple of factors determine this amount. What kind of monthly payment are you looking for? What is the maximum you can borrow from a lender, given your income and credit history? Use the calculators on our website to determine your monthly payment amount. And we can guide you to the right loan amount and best program for you when you answer a few questions. Because lender guidelines are fairly standard, we can give you a good idea of how much you can borrow after a short conversation.
Step Two: Pre-qualify for your loan
This step is where Synergistic Wealth Management llc can begin saving you money. You will give us info on your current job, assets, and your residence history. You'll provide information on your employment, asset, and residence history. We pull your credit score and report. We will go over all this information then provide a letter of pre-qualification. Your agent will use the pre-qual (as they may call it) in order to make the best offer on the home you choose. While you're deciding on the home that's right for you, we are looking for the loan that best fits your needs.
Step Three: Apply now! We make it easy
Once you have made the offer and it's been accepted, it's time to complete the loan application. Applying for your loan couldn't be much easier; you can apply online right here on our site. After the offer has been accepted and you have applied for your loan, we'll order a professional appraisal on the home.
Step Four: Your loan is funded
Your Realtor® and the sellers will coordinate to designate an escrow/title company to handle the funding of your loan. We'll work with this company to ensure all the papers your lender will need are in order, and you will likely sign all these papers at this company's office. We will coordinate with this company to set your closing date. Since you won't have to worry with this coordination, you can concentrate on moving, paint colors, new carpet, and all the details of moving into your new home.
Once you've answered a few questions, provided detailed information, and applied, you'll be moving in before you know it! We take care of the loan details so you can spend your time finding your new home.
